Gear, Inc. began in Pam's living room as a hobby in 1997. As it
has grown it has moved to the basement and eventually to its own
space in 2002. In the spring of 2005 we opened our first retail
store. We try to provide you with a wide range of high quality
products which we ourselves would also want to use. That's why
you'll find such sought after brand names as Nikon, Zeiss, Brunton,
Winchester , Remington, Motorola, Tilia FoodSaver, Magellan, Garmin,
Streamlight, and Leupold. We have a small but efficient crew here
and any of us are happy to answer your questions by phone or e-mail.

company.

she runs
the daily
operations
of the
business
and is
the one
to call
if you
have questions
about
what is
available
or are
interested
in a special
order
product.

- Customer
Service
Allison
is the
newest
member
of our
crew
joining
in the
Fall
of 2006.
She
answers
email,
and
ships
for
us several
days
per
week.
She
is great
at finding
an answer
for
you
even
if she
has
to contact
the
manufacturer.
She
also
handles
international
orders
so if
you're
anywhere
from
Angola
to Zimbabwe,
give
her
a call
or send
an email
and
she
can
get
your
order
to you.

professor
at a
local
college,
Pam
is only
part-time
at Highland
Gear.
However,
she
grew
up on
the
water
and
enjoys
boating,
rock
climbing
and
kayaking
and
has
also
tried
many
of the
products
we sell.
She's
happy
to talk
to you
about
the
products
or any
concerns
you
may
